Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoon Oil

  • 2 Chopped onions

  • 1.5 kg of beef (shoulder or shpondera No. 3 or 9) cut into cubes

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • Salt

  • 2 tablespoons paprika

  • 1 ripe tomato

  • 2 green peppers

  • 1.5 kg of potatoes

  • Soup
  • 8 Cups Hot Water

  • Casserole
  • About 4 cups of water (the water should pass through the meat in the base approx.)

Directions

  • Fry the onion over low heat until transparent
  • Add the meat and fry the meat with the onion while stirring for about 10 minutes, until it loses its red color
  • Remove from the heat, add the crushed garlic, paprika, black pepper, stir, so that it is absorbed into the meat.
  • Add the hot water and cover the pot over low heat.
  • Cut the tomato into cubes, clean the peppers and slice into rings. Peel the potatoes and cut into medium cubes.
  • After about an hour the meat has cooked and softened a bit, add the tomato, peppers, salt, cover and cook for another 30 minutes.
  • Bring to a boil and add the egg yolks
