Directions
- Fry the onion over low heat until transparent
- Add the meat and fry the meat with the onion while stirring for about 10 minutes, until it loses its red color
- Remove from the heat, add the crushed garlic, paprika, black pepper, stir, so that it is absorbed into the meat.
- Add the hot water and cover the pot over low heat.
